Higher Potential Scholarship Coalition to Offer Over $25,000 in Industry Resources

The Veterinary Cannabis Society is Proud to Partner with the Higher Potential Scholarship Coalition to Offer Over $25,000 in Industry Resources.

If you’re planning to enter the cannabis industry, knowing about cannabis use in veterinary settings is pertinent. You should be able to evaluate hemp and cannabis products for animal consumption, which is very different than human consumption. Myth-busting cannabis use for pets will create more efficacy in the industry as a whole.

That’s why we’ve joined the DaySavers Higher Potential Scholarship Coalition. It is geared toward people who are entering into a career in the cannabis world. It offers over $25,000 in cannabis industry opportunities, including exclusive mentorships, free education, event passes, and a $1,420 grand prize.

What makes this initiative different? It’s powered by a Coalition of nearly 20 cannabis brands, educators, and leaders who are each offering a unique award rooted in their expertise. Together, we’re creating real pathways into the industry for the next generation of talent.

The Veterinary Cannabis Society is proud to be a part of this collective initiative. We’ve offered eight free seats in our asynchronous, self-directed veterinary cannabis education course. This supports our mission to educate on and advocate for the scientific use of cannabis in veterinary situations. Too many cannabis industry professionals don’t understand the difference between human and animal consumption and the corresponding legislation. We aim to empower the next generation of cannabis professionals to be more educated and outspoken than ever before!
